Jiran Fine Foods was created out of the love of fresh flavours and food items from Iran, Turkey and the Central Asian region’s culinary market. Our co-founders, Sheikh Mohammad Ayman and Hossein Tehrani wanted to share their passion for exploring new tastes and trends in the food and beverage industry, be it locally or internationally, with Malaysians at home.

It was Ayman’s younger brother who came up with Jiran, which suited us perfectly as our first shop was situated right next door to Ayman’s office, and we loved how there was also a mention of ‘Iran’ (where Hossein’s family is from)’, in Jiran…..

The quality of the products are excellent and fresh. Alex took the time to show me and explained the quality and where he imported them. Test tasted the honey, saffron of good grade and the barberry was bright red and fresh. Variety of fried herbs as well. Will be visiting JIRAN again for middle eastern food products. The JIRAN I visited is at The Linc.
